Tanya LaReese Jackson Green is a singer, songwriter, and recording artist who grew up in the Pentecostal church. She has had the opportunity to travel the world and sing, touching many lives with her powerful and beautiful voice. She is the 4th of 5 children and grew up singing in the church with her siblings. Tanya’s father was a pastor, and she was raised in a strict Christian home by him and her stepmother. She pursued a degree in Christian Studies through Grand Canyon University to become a Spiritual Mental Health Advisor and begin a mental health ministry. Tanya began to recognize this was not something that was provided when she was growing up in the church to help people deal with a significant amount of trauma.
